Sarah Maddali's vision to simplify the home buying process by offering a VIP service that is rarely seen in the industry has shot her to the top. After having a horrible first-time buyer experience herself, she got out of physical therapy and followed her intuition. She got into the industry with the goal of going above and beyond for every client, so that no one has to go through what she did and so that they can feel as important as they are. Treating “clients” like family and turning them into lifelong friends just happens when you see how much she truly cares.

Meet Geoffrey

Geoff has been personally involved in real estate for over two decades alongside a career in financial analysis and management consulting. He holds an undergraduate degree in Finance and an MBA, and traded predictable NY winters for Austin's ever-changing skyline in 2014.In his prior work, Geoff used market and financial data to help C-level executives evaluate and align on corporate strategy and investment decisions. As part of the Serenity Real Estate Group, he's combined that skill set with his hands-on experience owning and managing multifamily, single-family, condominium, and land development projects, to effectively guide clients through their real estate buying and selling journeys.What Geoff loves most about real estate is the opportunity to create value with purpose. Outside of Compass, he and his wife run a small real estate design and management firm, helping others imagine and realize the full potential of their properties while actively investing in their own portfolio projects. They’re proud to call the St. Elmo neighborhood of South Austin home, where they live with two young children and one big, old furry dog.
