Meet Sarah

Specialties: Buyers Agent, Listing Agent, Relocation Advisor, and Investor Portfolios

Sarah Maddali's vision to simplify the home buying process by offering a VIP service that is rarely seen in the industry has shot her to the top. After having a horrible first-time buyer experience herself, she got out of physical therapy and followed her intuition. She got into the industry with the goal of going above and beyond for every client, so that no one has to go through what she did and so that they can feel as important as they are. Treating “clients” like family and turning them into lifelong friends just happens when you see how much she truly cares.

Being one of Austin's Top Producers, Sarah is able to use her expert knowledge, top negotiating skills, and tenacity to effectively win in multiple offers, out-negotiate the competition, and take care of each detail along the way, whether helping a client buy or sell — all with a friendly attitude and smile.

With a background in sales and a degree in industrial psychology, she is able to lead her clients step by step to stay calm and keep moving forward. Her goal is to understand what her clients really want and to go out and find it for them. Being solutions-focused, she fixes issues before they are issues and devises a plan so nothing goes unnoticed to make sure her clients are taken care of every step of the way.

Sarah understands what it's like in her clients' shoes. After relocating several times and buying, selling and renting out houses of her own, it has afforded her a sensitivity to her clients journey through personal experience. Now, a longtime resident of the area, she has been able to gain a full understanding of the diverse needs of her clients, the area, and the neighborhoods to help advise each person in their own unique direction.

In her free time, you can find her in the self-help section at Barnes and Noble (this was even more strange to her parents at 12...), some sort of spicy food challenge (wings, Indian food, ghost peppers... you name it), trying to find the perfect dirty martini at a new happy hour, or exploring Austin with her Bernedoodle pup Albee.
