She LOVES laughing, eating, pulling albees tail, throwing all her toys off the high chair, spitting her bink out just for attention, and running around with her walkamadoodle. Her first word was mama! Her second word was dada and both in the same day! She’s such a smart little baby it’s scary. She has ate pears, avocado, peach, banana and parsnip..I know who eats parsnip? But, acid reflux diet is weird. She also started going to the chiropractor..we’ll see if it works. Emergency C section stress on the baby is so traumatic and so real…😭. Hoping we can get her to start realizing relaxing is good and not scary. (Maybe I’ll realize it too haha) Until then…we will just keep ❤️❤️❤️ on her. ❤️ (Mommy will always be about 3 weeks late for these monthly posts because she’s doing a million things on no sleep and trying not to go crazy.😜Be nice to moms with traumatic birth babies…they probably haven’t slept in however many months their baby is 😂) Message me if you can relate.

This little one is over 5 weeks old already!? Most challenging weeks of my life and the absolute freakin best. Between a newborn, 2 littles, a move to a new house, an insane birth story, constant construction, setting up an Airbnb and all the other things life entailed I’m not sure how we even survived but we actually thrived and our little family is the best. ❤️

My favorite section in Barnes and Noble was psychology/personal growth since I was a little kid…might have been a little weird then but the coolest thing to me is finding a company that in their young age of only being 10 is just as enamored as I am. (Also why @compass is now the #1 brokerage in the entire freaking US for sales volume!) The people in it, the people that formed it and what we are able to offer that no one else can makes me so happy. It’s little meetings like this where we collaborate together and all leave feeling smarter, calmer and like we get to work with people that just get us that can get us going and it’s the company that won’t let us stop. ❤️

Not every house has a wow factor. Very few have more than one. This house has them all over. I walked in and literally said wow in my head. When this baby came on the market two minutes later I was calling her to let her know I just found her house. We just had to find a way to get it. Somehow.

I was probably more anxious than her to let her down and not be able to get it. I begged this agent..(not even over exaggerating) for 3 days. Begged, pleaded, negotiated, prayed I don’t even know but we made it happen.

I told y’all I would post my review on @tipping.t so here ya go! I went there this weekend for my annual #goalsetting retreat and although I don’t really believe in “#annual thinking” (I start with 20 years and break it down backwards of what I want my life to look like in 7 categories all the way to 12 weeks...different huge subject if you want to know more ask me) ANYWAYYY
@jesterkingbrewery is pretty much attached which is really cool. I love their vibe, open, airy, live music, 🎵 just really relaxing. The pizza 🍕 I wasn’t a huge fan of which I was surprised because the previous reviews were really good...I don’t know maybe it’s an acquired taste. Just too flimsy for me.
The nature trail is great..highly recommend. It can be long so be prepared but we saw white tailed deer 🦌, lots of cute goats 🐐..the babies?? OMG.
The Bunting house cabin was mine and it was cute..howeverrrr and this is my fault..lol. I’m a bit of a germaphobe. Cabins are cabins....they aren’t high lux hotels so you have to expect that. I don’t like hairs in my bed..anyone’s..I think I legit have a phobia. SO, I wish I would have brought my own sheets and pillow cases..#lessonlearned. But I don’t have many complaints. They were very friendly, helped us when we got locked out 😳 etc. and I would go back. But the few things I’d change-
-Brings snacks
-Bring plenty of water
-My Ken sheets/pillows
-more socks...weird I know just do it
And be the first one at the community fire pit.
I left feeling refreshed and calm and that’s all I wanted. :)

I think I’ve accepted the fact that these will never be posted on time haha. BUT, this beautiful blue/green eyed baby child is over 3 months old now and it’s crazy. She’s wild, funny, happy, well fed, 🤣 and knows what she wants…and you better get it right when she does. She also is like her Mom and Dad and would prefer to party at night then go to sleep 😂. She’s coming into her personality and laughing, smiling when she finds her mom or dad and loves playing with her brother and sister. God knows what we need before we do and I’m so happy he knew I needed her. She’s my favorite critter on the planet. ❤️

Started 2022 out a little differently. Few things…actually nothing…is more important to me than my family. My brother has this same tattoo (although way bigger) and i loved the meaning behind it so i got one to match. Growing up we had a stained glass window in our front door that my uncle made with a big “G” in it (for our last name) that house wasn’t just my home it was the house my grandparents built and then eventually became my dads. It wasn’t much but it was ours and it was perfect.
It built me to be honest. 🏠
I drove past it when I was traveling recently and as sad as it makes me to know it’s not ours anymore it will always be the place that made me who I am. ❤️

Lost my furry best friend this last week…and it absolutely killed me to have to go do. Couldn’t even pretend like it wasn’t. 14.5 years with this guy raising me..not the other way around. I was barely out of high school and it’s crazy to think I know my life more with him then I did without...The first “man” in my life to make sure he told me exactly what he thought about each boyfriend..from my first one to my last 😘. I took his opinion very seriously and there were several he was not a fan of and he made sure to let them and me know. 😂 He was a big tough guy with an attitude like his mom..just soft on the inside with a tough shell you had to break through. I am so grateful for him always being there greeting me every time I open the door, moving with me at least 20 times, getting me through every heart break, laying with me crying on the floor so many times…he always knew…being my constant with as much change and volatility as my life has given me was a God thing ..I can’t thank this little ball of fur enough. How something with no words can give me have so many thoughts and feelings. It’s so empty waking up and not having his big eyes look at me but I’ll be forever grateful he got me through life to this point when I don’t know how I could have walked in my door some of those days and been alone. You were the best Moegley. Rest easy my furry friend. ❤️

As we get ready to jump into 2021 what are you doing? What books are you reading? What changes are you making to propel you?
This has been a really good read for me so far. #rocketfuel is all about who to have in your organization, who is good at what, and how it can be the Yin and Yang...one person isn’t running the show. People are working together to make a show.

One person may be the face but the other guy (Take Walt and Roy Disney for example) is the one turning the wheels. Eye opening for me for a few things I thought I was pretty good at that I need to leverage to someone who is the best at it.

Make a foundation for the next year and take the time it takes to do that and yo will see the results as long as you follow through.

This has been my priority the last week. You can’t rush these things...so many people don’t take any time to just think...and I think it’s so important.

Which are you? A #visionary ? Or an #integrator ?

SOLD! This had to be one of the hardest, most frustrating homes I’ve ever sold. 🙈 This first time home buyer wanted it....he LOVED it before he ever saw it in person. We had been working together to get him ready to buy a house for almost a year. We had a certain budget we stayed way under and still managed to get him the home he was dreaming of!! 😍 We had our 1st appraiser get COVID and quit..our 2nd get pulled over after doing the appraisal and QUIT...and our 3rd one decide to go on vacation where she had no cell phone service and no one could get a hold of her...if you don’t know each of these take two weeks...😢😢😢. BUT, despite everything somehow we did it! And then we had margaritas...😂❤️. Happy Monday!
